Common questions
How long can you store goods before consolidation?
Free storage for 30 days per batch; longer terms can be arranged for ongoing programs.
Can you ship small trial orders?
Yes — courier, air freight or LCL sea freight. Trial orders often move by air until volumes justify a full container.
Do you handle customs in my country?
We handle export from China and deliver the full document set your broker needs. Import clearance is handled by your broker or forwarder — we coordinate with them directly.
