Quality Inspection
During-production checks and pre-shipment inspection, with photo and video reports before anything leaves the factory.
Defects are cheap to fix inside the factory and expensive to fix after the container leaves. Our inspectors visit the factory on your behalf — during production and before shipment — so you approve goods you have actually seen, not goods a salesperson described.
Every check ends with a written report and timestamped photos or video, delivered within 24 hours of the visit.

Common questions
How fast can you schedule an inspection?
Typically 2–3 days after booking, anywhere in mainland China. Reports arrive within 24 hours of the visit.
What standard do you inspect to?
AQL sampling by default — you pick the level (e.g. 2.5 / 4.0) — plus your own checklist. DUPRO and first-article checks follow the same report format.
What happens if the inspection fails?
You get the evidence: photos, defect counts and the verdict. We deliver a written rework list to the factory and re-inspect afterwards — you decide whether to accept.
