Questions buyers often ask
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and factory. Some suppliers accept small trial orders, and we can consolidate several products into one shipment. Tell us your quantities and we will find realistic options.
How do you charge for your services?
We work on a transparent service fee — either a percentage of the order value or a fixed fee, quoted upfront and shown on every quote. We take no commissions from factories, so lower prices always benefit you.
What payment methods do you support?
Common practice is T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). For larger orders, L/C is negotiable. Payments can be made to our corporate account, and we settle factories in CNY on your behalf.
Can you handle samples?
Yes. We collect samples from shortlisted factories and courier them to you (freight collect). Sample costs are often refundable once bulk orders are placed, depending on the factory.
How is quality controlled?
Inline checks during production and a pre-shipment inspection under AQL standards, documented with photos and videos. Third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) can also be arranged at your cost.
What are typical shipping times?
Sea freight from Qingdao: roughly 15–20 days to the US West Coast, 30–35 days to Europe, 18–25 days to the Middle East. Air freight takes 5–8 days; rail to Europe around 18 days.
